This off-site program will examine the effect of developing iconic towers as the centerpieces of developments, and then capitalizing on the significance of those towers with adjacent properties. The program would be hosted at the Burj Khalifa and include tours of Downtown Dubai / Mall, and adjacent developments. Dubai Creek Harbour, a 550-hectare development with a 928-meter tower as its centerpiece, will also be discussed.
